20 years ago, Steve Carr was an English teacher and experienced his class completely rebel to the point he simply gave up. He sat down and waited for the lesson to finish so he could go to the Head's office, walk out and never come back.

Steve Carr has a Masters in Emotional Factors of Learning and Teaching and Organisational Psychology. He founded "A Mind to Teach" in 2018 on the principle that good relationships drive great learning.
